Sangwin Educational Furniture is a division of Sangwin Ltd and part of the Sangwin group
of companies.
The carcasses are constructed of 18mm MDF and are available in a sprayed finish to any
BS range of colours, or with a melamine finish with laminated doors and a choice of
handles. Drawer units have steel coated sides on nylon runners, and hinges are concealed
with 170 degree openings.
The company is also able to manufacture specials to customer requirements.
The division was set up in 1987 providing high quality fitted furniture for schools and
colleges throughout the UK. Our customers include local authorities, schools, builders
and private architects. The architects usually prefer to specify the furniture in
particular projects. The company also offers design and room layouts and installation,
if required.
Worktops are laminated with a hardwood edge, postformed solid timber (Iroko), or solid
grade laminate (Trespa).
